Coconut Mango Milkshake
Serve 1 | Preparation Time: 30 mins
- 90ml UFC Velvet Coconut Milk
- 20ml Butterscotch Syrup
- 60ml Mango Juice
- 100g Vanilla Ice Cream
- 15g Cracker
- 100g Ice
- Pistachio Nuts (Topping)
- Salted Coconut Whipped Cream (Optional: Whipped Cream)
- 200ml Whipping Cream
- 50ml UFC Velvet Coconut Milk
- 30ml Coconut Syrup
- 30g Salt
- Combine vanilla ice cream, crackers, butterscotch syrup, mango juice, UFC Velvet Coconut Milk and ice in a blender until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving glass.
- Top with salted coconut whipped cream and pistachio nuts.
Salted Coconut Whipped Cream Preparation
- Combine whipping cream, UFC Velvet Coconut Milk, coconut syrup and salt in a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to cream whipper.
- Charge with nitrous oxide cartridge and shake for 30 seconds.
