Account 

Register for An Account
  1. Click "Register" on the top right of the page.
  2. Fill in the required fields. Alternatively, you may register with your social profile.
  3. Click "Proceed" to complete the registration.

You will receive an email notification upon successful registration.
With a registered account, you will be able to access various services including:
  • Permanent cart - products added to cart will remain there until you remove them or check them out.
  • Order history - keep track of your past orders.
  • Address book - keep track of your addresses.
Reset Password

You can request for a password reset if you've forgotten your password.

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the Sign In page.
  2. Enter the email address that you had registered with Grocery Owl.
  3. An email with a link to reset password will be sent to the email address.Follow the instructions to create a new password.
You can now sign in to your account with the new password.
Can't sign in account

If you are having problem signing in, please check the following.

  • Enter the correct email address registered with Grocery Owl.
  • Enter the correct password for the registered email address. Password is case sensitive, do check the CAPS lock and the Num lock on your keyboard.

If the email address is correct, try resetting your password. Go to Reset Your Password help topic.

Update Account Details

You can update your account information on My Account page once signed in.

  1. Click "Sign In" on the top right of the page.
  2. Click "My Account" on the top right of the page once signed in.
  3. Click "Edit" located next to the account information that you would like to change.
Deactivate Account

To deactivate your account at groceryowl.com, please Contact Us at ecommerce@lamsoon.com.sg

Once your account is deactivated, you will no longer be able to sign in with the email address and your order history will be permanently deleted.

Any unused promo codes and balance reward points will be terminated and cannot be restored.

Order and Checkout 

Shopping at Grocery Owl
  1. Search or browse for products from the Categories or Brands menu. Click on the product image if you would like to visit the product information page.
  2. Click "Add To Cart". You may change the quantity after adding to cart.
  3. To view products added to cart from the main page, hover the mouse over the Cart icon on the top right of the page.
  4. To view or confirm your shopping cart, click on the Cart icon or "View Cart" button. You may change the quantity or removing products from Cart on "My Cart" page.
  5. Click "Continue Shopping" to continuing browsing for products or "Checkout" to processed with placing your order
Checkout Your Cart

After you have completed adding all the products you would like to order in your Cart, click "Checkout" on My Cart page to proceed to Checkout page

    1. Sign in to your account under Member Login section or Continue As Guest by entering your particulars on the required fields.
    2. Select your preferred delivery date and time.
    3. Enter promo code (if applicable) and click “Apply”.
    4. Review your order.
    5. Click “Proceed” to continue with payment.
    6. You will receive an order confirmation email together with an invoice after your order has been successfully placed.
    7. If you are a registered member, you can check your orders in My Order History.

Note: If you checkout as a Guest, you will not have access to your order history, sign up for promotional newsletters or special promotions catered for registered members.

Promo Code Redemption

You can redeem a valid promo code* at the Checkout page.

  1. Enter the promo code on the designated box and click "Apply".
  2. Check that the promo code has been successfully applied on your order.
  3. Click "Proceed" to continue with payment.

*Condition to use the promo code muct be met to apply for redemption.

*Promo code cannot be changed after applying successfully on a confirmed order.

*Promo code cannot be restored or re-used if the order is cancelled or promo code has expired.

Cancellation of Order

Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.

If the orders are not delivered and returned to Grocery Owl, a cancellation fee amount to the delivery fee (min. $7) will be imposed during refund.

Refunds will be processed after the confirmation of cancellation of order in the form of promo code only with the exact value to be refunded after deduction of cancellation fee, to be used at Grocery Owl’s website for your next purchase. There will be no cash refund given.

Undelivered Orders

You can request for a re-delivery of undelivered orders. Delivery fee of $7 will be charged for all re-delivery arrangements.

Any orders that are not delivered successfully will incur a cancellation fee amount to the delivery fee charged.

Refunds will be processed after the confirmation of cancellation of order in the form of promo code only with the exact value to be refunded after deduction of cancellation fee, to be used at Grocery Owl’s website for your next purchase. There will be no cash refund given.

Amendment of Orders

Confirmed orders cannot be amended.

Please contact us at ecommerce@lamsoon.com.sg for any amendment request within an hour after placing an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Reorder Previous Orders

Previous orders that were transacted through a registered account are recorded in your Order History for reordering of the same item.

  1. Click "Sign In" on the top right of the page.
  2. Click on your "User Name" on the top right of the page once signed in to visit My Account page.
  3. Click “My Order History” to view a list of previous orders.

    1. Click “Reorder” located on the right of each line of Order to see items ordered and availability based on quantity of previous order. Click “Reorder” on the pop-up window to add all the available items to Cart. You will be prompted if some of the products are unavailable and you can choose to proceed with available items only.
    2. To view complete information of previous order, click “View” located on the right of each line of order to go to Order Information page.
      • Click “View” located on the right side of each line of product to bring you to Product Information page.
      • Click “Reorder” located on the right side of each line of product to add only the selected product and its quantity to Cart. Items that are out-of-stock will not be available for reorder at that moment.
    Out-Of-Stock Item

    If an item is out of stock and you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, you can opt-in to our waiting list by providing your email address on the product information page.

    1. Click on the product image to go to the product information page.
    2. Enter your email address on the Email box and click “Submit”.

    Payment

    You will be required to enter your credit or debit card information as shown on-screen when you check out your orders.

    Refund

    Refunds will be processed after the confirmation of amendment or cancellation of order in the form of promo code with the exact value after deduction of cancellation fee, to be used at Grocery Owl’s website for your next purchase.

    Exchanges and Returns

    Exchange Damaged Items Delivered

    Please contact us at ecommerce@lamsoon.com.sg within 3 days after delivery to arrange for an exchange of damaged items. Returned items must be in their original packaging.

    Return Delivered Items

    The cost of return transportation for delivered orders is at your expense. Returned items must be in their original packaging and unopened. Please contact us at ecommerce@lamsoon.com.sg within 3 days after delivery for your request.

    Delivery

    Delivery Timing

    Orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days, on Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays.

    You may contact us at ecommerce@lamsoon.com.sg for enquiry on delivery date of your order.

    Alternatively, you may contact the appointed delivery company if you have received a delivery notification on your mobile number or email address to check on the delivery date.

    Area Coverage for Delivery

    Delivery services are not available to the following areas:

    • Restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport (Transit & Departure Area). Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island).
    • Off island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island and overseas deliveries.
