Strawberry Almond Milk

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml UFC Velvet Almond Milk
  • 60 ml UFC Velvet Almond Milk (for blending)
  • 200 g Frozen strawberries
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 80 ml Water
  • 15 ml Whipping cream
  • Peanut butter (for decoration)
  • Fresh strawberries (for decoration)

Method:

  1. Simmer the frozen strawberries with water and sugar until the strawberries become soft and the sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.
  2. Take a portion of the strawberry sauce and add it to a blender. Add UFC Velvet Almond Milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the strawberry almond milk through a sieve for a smoother texture.
  4. Whip UFC Velvet Almond Milk with the whipping cream until light and foamy. Set aside.
  5. Decorate the glass with peanut butter. Pour in the strawberry almond milk mixture and finish by topping with fresh strawberries.
