Strawberry Almond Milk

Ingredients:
- 500 ml UFC Velvet Almond Milk
- 60 ml UFC Velvet Almond Milk (for blending)
- 200 g Frozen strawberries
- ½ tsp Vanilla essence
- 40 g Sugar
- 80 ml Water
- 15 ml Whipping cream
- Peanut butter (for decoration)
- Fresh strawberries (for decoration)
Method:
- Simmer the frozen strawberries with water and sugar until the strawberries become soft and the sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.
- Take a portion of the strawberry sauce and add it to a blender. Add UFC Velvet Almond Milk and blend until smooth.
- Strain the strawberry almond milk through a sieve for a smoother texture.
- Whip UFC Velvet Almond Milk with the whipping cream until light and foamy. Set aside.
- Decorate the glass with peanut butter. Pour in the strawberry almond milk mixture and finish by topping with fresh strawberries.
