This Asia’s Best Beverage Promotion is organised by Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd (the organiser).

1. This promotion is open to all residents of Singapore except the employees and families of Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd, its associated agencies and all other partners. If a participant is below 18 years of age, the consent of the participant’s parent or legal guardian is deemed to have been obtained.

2. The participating brands include: Dilmah, HOMESOY, Ito-En, Pocari Sweat, UFC Refresh and UFC Velvet.

3. All entries must be received by 1st August 2021, 2359hrs - Play and Join Our Contest: Each entry must be submitted via WhatsApp Messaging to +65 8813 8600 from a locally registered mobile number and include participant’s particulars, a screenshot of score page and a photo of an original receipt with minimum $8 purchase of participating products made during the eligible promotion period from 01 June – 01 August 2021.

- Play to a High Score: Each entry will be received upon submission of participants details on https://asiabest.sg.

4. Multiple entries are allowed. Each original receipt is eligible for one (1) WhatsApp entry only. Each entry shall be subjected to verification by the organiser, in which entries that are invalid as determined by the organiser’s discretion including but not limited to duplicate, incorrect, incomplete, unclear and/or inaccurate participant’s particulars will be disqualified. Organiser is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entry submissions.

5. There are a total of twenty-three (23) prizes to be won.

- Three (3) winners from Play and Join Our Contest will win one (1) Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (245GB). Winners will be chosen randomly.

- Twenty (20) winners from Play to a High Score will win one (1) $30 Grocery Owl Voucher Code with free delivery. Winners will be selected based on top 20 high scores received.

The draw for the contest and conclusion of top 20 high scores will be conducted on 6 August 2021, 3pm at 3000 Marsiling Road, Singapore 739108.

6. Each participant is entitled to win only one (1) prize. All winners will be notified via WhatsApp messaging.

7. Play and Join Our Contest prizes must be claimed within one (1) month from the date of announcement to winners. Winners must collect the prize from Lam Soon Singapore Pte Ltd office at 3000 Marsiling Road Singapore 739108. All winners must produce proof of identity together with redemption email and original receipt during the collection.

8. All (20) Grocery Owl voucher code contains a specified validity period during which it should be utilised. No requests for extensions or replacements will be entertained.

9. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G phone handset does not include SIM card and mobile plan. The organiser will not be held liable to honour warranties, exchanges or customer service.

10. The prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash or any other prizes. The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with other prizes of similar value at any time without prior notice. The prize is non-replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.

11. Prizes which remain unclaimed by any winner after the stipulated date shall be conclusively forfeited, and the forfeited prize will be dealt with at the organiser’s discretion in accordance with applicable laws.

12. The organiser may at its discretion, elect to determine another winner should any winner fail to be contacted for any reason, in accordance with the contest mechanism.

13. The decision of the organiser on all matters relating to or in connection with the contest is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

14. Personal information (including images) collected or received from the participants may be used by the organiser, and/or our respective agents and agencies for the purposes of administering the promotion, including conducting background checks on participants’ identities and to verify their eligibility to participate and receive prizes. By participating in this promotion, you consent to the use and/or disclosure of your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in a manner it deems fit, whilst according your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.

15. Participants shall assume full responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accident in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from this contest and usage of the prize and agree to release the organiser, and/or our respective agents and agencies of any liability. All transportation, accommodation, personal cost and/or any other related expenses that are incurred in connection with and/or arising from this contest and usage of the prize are the sole responsibility of the participants.

16. Internet data usage to play the game and participate in the contest may be subjected to charges by your service provider / carrier.

17. The organiser reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

18. Entry into the contest will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
