Brown Sugar Bubble Tea
Serves 2 – 4 | Preparation Time: 30 mins
- 50ml UFC Velvet Coconut Milk Unsweetened
- 80ml Assam Black Tea
- 10ml Non-Dairy Cream
- 20ml Brown Sugar Syrup
- 40g Konjac
Assam Black Tea Mixture
- 15 g Assam Black Tea
- 120 ml Hot Water
- Prepare Assam Black Tea. Pour hot water into Assam Black tea leaf and rest for 4 minutes and then filter the tea.
- Mix Assam Black tea with UFC Velvet Coconut Milk Unsweetened and non-dairy cream.
- Fill konjac into the serving glass, add brown sugar syrup, and some ice.
- Pour the mixed Assam Black tea milk and ready to serve.
