Crispy Korean Seafood Pancake
Serves 4 – 6 (makes 10 – 11 pancakes) | Preparation Time: 40 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Knife Thai Fish Sauce
- 2 tsp Knife 100% Pure Sesame Oil
- 6 tbsp Knife 100% Pure Rice Bran Oil
- 120g fresh prawns
- 240g fresh squid
- 120g frozen clams
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- ½ cup plain flour
- ½ cup potato starch
- 1 egg
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Cooking steps:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
- Deshell and devein the prawns. Cut into small pieces.
- Clean the squid and clams. Cut into small pieces.
- In a big bowl, add in all the ingredients and condiments except for the cooking oil. Mix evenly until no flour can be seen.
Step 2: Cook the dish and serve.
- In a heated pan, add cooking oil.
- Scoop a tbsp of the batter onto the frying pan. Cook on both sides until fully cooked through. Increase the heat until the top is brown and crispy.
