Crispy Korean Seafood Pancake

 Cooking steps:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

  • Deshell and devein the prawns. Cut into small pieces.
  • Clean the squid and clams. Cut into small pieces.
  • In a big bowl, add in all the ingredients and condiments except for the cooking oil. Mix evenly until no flour can be seen.

Step 2: Cook the dish and serve.

  • In a heated pan, add cooking oil.
  • Scoop a tbsp of the batter onto the frying pan. Cook on both sides until fully cooked through. Increase the heat until the top is brown and crispy.
